Alone

Couldn’t handle work today, got sent home because I started crying and my body started shaking. On the way out people kept on asking me if I was  ok. I wonder if they ask me because they truly cared and wanted to know if I was ok or because they wanted to know so if some one else ask them they could tell them. I suspect over half the people I work with fit into the second category. They didn’t care if I was ok they just wanted to know so they could gossip about me after I left. Feel really alone at the moment.
